My wife found this independent bagel shop via Yelp and it's become a regular stop for us when visiting Vegas.
Lots of choice, friendly and efficient service - much more consistent than Einstein Bros and we like to support independent businesses. Not particularly cheap but not expensive and you get what you pay for.
My cream cheese bagel tasted great, was very fresh, look forward to next time! -

The everything bagel with lox and cream cheese is what we always get. It's delicious, the staff is friendly and they are super fast. The place feels like a little deli. They have cookies and cakes in their dessert case. I have not tried any of those items yet, but I have been here a handful of times and see many regulars running out the door with them.
I wouldn't call myself a regular, but it's definitely getting up there for breakfast. -

Man, I wish I lived closer to this.
Accidentally stumbled upon this place when we were in Vegas. We had somewhere to be at 11 and this place was along the way...
As soon as you walk in NY vibe, we of course looking like tourist asked where the line was since everyone was gathered in front of the glass display, but everyone knew where they were in line and who was next.
We opted for the Nove sandwich, Nova plate, and an everything bagel breakfast sandwich.
The service, GREAT. The owner used to own a legit New York, Italian restaurant and this bagel shop is his retirement gig. His aura screams New York with the way he yells at his orders and his wholesome hospitality.
Super patient with us ad friendly. The local patrons are also super friendly as well.
Now, this may be one of the best lox sandwiches I have had. I def felt like I just grabbed a bagel straight off the streets of New York. The sandwich also came with either potato salad or cole slaw. I opted for the slaw, and it was more tart and less mayonaisey but DELICIOUS. The BF got the potato salad, and he said his only regret was that he didn't get more.
The owner also humored me as I was paying, my friend was able to do the tap to pay option on her card and I said that has never worked for me (even though we have the same card). The owner was like try it again and after 3 tries was like okay let's do it the old fashioned way. Amusing but also reassuring that I'm not crazy LOL.
Great find in Vegas, off strip but so worth it! -

I'm glad Starbucks was next door for me to try this place otherwise, I wouldn't have known this place was here.
While waiting for my drink, I stopped in for my go-to onion bagel cream cheese that I get at any bagel joint. Well, I noticed in their deli counter, their egg salad & was like "omg I haven't had an egg salad sandwich in a whiiiile."
AND it came with any bread I wanted, a pickle, and side. I chose potato salad for my side.
It's def a fancier egg salad sandwich than my homemade mayo pepper egg concoction. SUPER TASTY!!!! AND that potato salad was yummy, too. This was a mix of mustard yet, kinda sweet potato salad which, I don't normally care for sweet but, I like this one.
In fact, I liked this place so much, I went there three next day :)
This time, I got tuna salad sandwich as the girl at the counter said it was her favorite sandwich. And liked it a lot, too. Again, a fancier tuna salad than my homemade ones with just pepper and mayo but, amazing with the fresh wheat bread.
Next time I wanna try all the sandwiches with the onion bagel (my fave bagel of all time).
p.s. the bagels are delish, too. Doughy and crunchy. I love that they have cream cheese you can buy on the side. I really have to try their garlic one!
pps. The workers are suuuuuper friendly. You can tell that they want the customers to be happy with their orders. I'm gonna say they're from New York with those accents :) -

Wowzers REAL BAGELS!!
SO GLAD i found this little gem hidden in a little strip mall off of rancho and charlston.
Ive been dealing with einsteins bagels and i just cant believe ive been putting my taste buds through that kind of cruelty...
I ordered a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese and i felt like i just wanted to cry it tasted so good and was a HUGE difference in qaulity compared to frozen bagels from Einstein's.
You cant beat the customer service as well.
Nice people that keep it simple.
Its crazy to think that these kind of places only exist because of the awesome people that run the bakery and make the experience too. Hard to replicate and cant be done twice there can only be one. Thats why some of the best places to eat in the world youll only find one location. im pretty sure theres only one new york bagel and deli in vegas.
I would highly recommend getting bagels from this place! You will NOT be disappointed.
